I have a peony bush, and I wonder if deer like to eat by themselves?
I live in the country and maintain a fence around my beacause Bush peopny deer. They like to eat many types of flowers, etc., so I'm afraid to take the fence. I f someone knows the answer to this question, the insurance appreciate.
The book, Texas Gardening Guide has a section of deer resistant plants and the peony is not. What has to decide not feed them because they also go on their facilities and everything you give them .. If they do not affect the peony, however, starting to put repellant as a preventive measure before the deer eat them. Listed as repellents, like in the book: 1. Plantskydd animal repellent 2. Deer deer, rabbit and squirrel repellent (liquid) 3. Plant Pro-Tec Distributors garlic oil 4. Garlic Barrier AG + 5.Repellex Deer Repellent, systemic tablets and liquids
