How can I force myself out of my dream in a dream?
I think it's a very rare thing that I can do and want to know if someone can explain me. If I dream and I know that I dream and I want, I must kill myself somehow (the last dream that had fallen from a scale from the top floor of a mansion) and the first to get giddy whirl and then I wake up. There is another way to wake up when I know that I dream and it's very painful, very difficult to open my eyes more than they already are in my dream. I must try several times for it to work for our time and did not change from sleep to another location on a completely different environment, like changing channel. I also want to know why I do not know if our own dreams for the time I know I'll have a dream. The only way you will remember that I a dream is when I view a judge of the nature of these dreams.
there is a physiological explanation for this .. very easy. It is a normal thing. When you dream when there are 2 types of state of the eye is having. 1: Unmoved 2: move quickly. When You wake up in the moment of rapid eye movement, You Can remember your dreams you have and vice versa. The force is off to sleep? yup, it's very difficult for me too … but if you force a lot, you get a headache .. very painful!
